Position Overview
We are looking for a high-level Residential Service Technician who can handle every aspect of a service call independently.
This is not just a “plumber” role — this is a technician + salesperson + project manager on-site. Once we book the call, you take it from there. You will:
- Diagnose issues
- Communicate clearly with the homeowner
- Present solutions
- Close the job
- Perform the work to our standard
Responsibilities
- Perform full residential plumbing service (diagnostics, repairs, installations)
- Handle service calls from start to finish without micromanagement
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Educate clients and present Good / Better / Best options
- Close jobs on-site with confidence and integrity
- Execute work cleanly, efficiently, and to high standards
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
- Document jobs properly (photos, notes, invoices)
- Represent the company brand at a high level
